The Cheesecake Factory. I have been working at The Cheesecake Factory full-time for more than 8 years. I have been working at The Cheesecake Factory full-time for more than 3 years. I have been working at The Cheesecake Factory part-time for more than 3 years. I have been working at The Cheesecake Factory part-time for more than a year. Great coworkers F and BOH. Good money, easy side work, free soup and bread and a lounge room, The employees make this place worth going into work every day. Promise full time you won’t get it rampant favoritism, management is a mess, sometimes terrible clientele, no breaks on doubles, no set polices, again cannot stress the favoritism! Get on the same page! Every manager tells you something different! Managers could do more to help out not all of them several are GREAT but the others just stand around chatting or eating on the line. Micromanaging certain employees at this location is also a problem while other employees literally get away with murder! Just make it fair, we are all there to make money. The blatant favoritism, and the petty, passive aggressive management needs some serious work!

I’m not pictured. InI was a young, single woman growing my career as a freelancer in Austin. At the time, I was writing for free and paying my bills with various odd jobs like delivering groceries, working as a contract employee at a casting office, and, of course, waiting tables. I’d worked for a couple of years at a small, locally-owned restaurant but business was slowing down, and I needed a more consistent flow of income from my serving job. A friend of mine had worked at The Cheesecake Factory for almost 10 years and raved about the job.
